Cyclone September – You are getting it done!

Well, we are 22 days into Cyclone September and already it has accomplished much.
So far the month has already completed lots of cyclone images. Here’s what we completed so far (along with a glance at the last week in August for comparison).
- Aug 21-28 :: 56 images completed
- Aug 28-Sep 4 :: 879 images completed
- Sep 4-11 :: 215 images completed
- Sep 11-18 :: 240 images completed
So you see that immediately after the announcement went out, we completed tons of images, but have since slowed to about 200 per week.
In addition to the files that were completed this month, we have about 40,000 classifications so far. This is a big improvement over previous months. September looks to be our most active month since we launched in 2012.
But we have a long way to go. Please go to Cyclone Center today and do 7 more classifications.
