The paper describing results from CycloneCenter.org is generating lots of interest. This month, the paper appears as one of the most read articles. The AMS journal Monthly Weather Review publishes peer-reviewed literature each month. We published a paper describing results from your classifications in the October 2016 issue titled: “Identification of Tropical Cyclone Storm Types Using Crowdsourcing”. The paper has been read 651 times since it appeared! Your work – helping to provide data on historical tropical cyclones is valuable and people – including other scientists – are beginning to notice!

Keep up the good work! Go classify.
